Moderator: Michelle Saechao, Director, Tradeweb
Michelle Saechao focuses on client engagement and growth for ICD Portal, collaborating with treasury teams and partners to strengthen connections across the industry. With experience across marketing and partnerships, she brings a strong understanding of the needs of ICD clients and the treasury industry. Michelle founded ICD’s Lead(H)ers speaker series for women in treasury and serves on the board of the San Francisco Treasury Management Association (SFTMA).
Andrea Guntren, Treasury Director - WeFi Technology Group
Andrea Guntren is a seasoned treasury professional with extensive experience supporting multinational corporations. Her background spans treasury, accounting, and financial planning & analysis, giving her a comprehensive understanding of corporate financial operations.
She has led the implementation of treasury best practices at large organizations, including automating processes between ERP systems and global banking partners, as well as deploying a treasury workstation. Andrea has deep expertise in the foreign exchange market, from evaluating exposures to developing effective hedging strategies.
Her experience also includes cash management and core treasury functions such as intercompany transactions, letters of credit, cash repatriation, and Audit/SOX compliance.
Jim Scurlock, Sr. Director, Assistant Treasurer - Expedia Group
Jim Scurlock is the Sr. Director and Assistant Treasurer at Expedia Group. He is responsible for Global Treasury Operations which includes Investments, M&A, Cash and Liquidity Management, Banking, and Trade Finance. He has more than 20 years of domestic and international Treasury experience. Prior to Expedia, Jim held leadership roles at Microsoft, DataRobot, and Costco.
Jennifer Botha, Head of Treasury – Snap Inc.
Jennifer Botha is a seasoned treasury executive with extensive experience in global liquidity management, working capital efficiency, risk management and large-scale operational change with a technology focus. She currently serves as Head of Treasury at Snap Inc., following impactful leadership roles at Activision Blizzard (Microsoft), PayPal, and GE Capital. Jennifer is known for driving strategic vision with pragmatic execution, developing strong partnerships, and building high-performing teams that enable scalable growth.
