Welcome to the San Francisco Treasury Management website. For over two decades the San Francisco Treasury Management Association (SFTMA) has been providing professional and technical education in treasury management subjects and offering its members a forum for exchange of information. Our members are professionals in the treasury/finance field representing a wide range of responsibilities and industries. The SFTMA monthly luncheons, held every third Tuesday of each month, feature guest speakers who present the most timely topics and issues in the treasury field. Every May, a joint dinner meeting is held with the Peninsula Treasury Management Association providing opportunity to exchange ideas and information with our Bay Area colleagues. Once a year, in conjunction with the Peninsula TMA and the TMA of Silicon Valley, the SFTMA sponsors the San Francisco Treasury Management Symposium which provides a day-long series of educational lectures and presentations to enhance the skills and knowledge of Treasury Professionals. Members are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings, joint meeting, annual symposium and by volunteering with the association. Among the services to our members, are the Career Opportunities List, a list of treasury positions submitted by employers and recruiting firms, and the CTP Study Group, which helps candidates to prepare for the CTP examination.
